Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cruise Director at La Galigo Liveaboard, located in Raja Ampat and Komodo. The Cruise Director will oversee daily operations and activities onboard, act as an entertainer and liaison for guests, and ensure excellent hospitality. The Cruise Director will work closely with the crew and captain to create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesian
• Dive professional Open Water Instructor or higher PADI
• Extensive knowledge of dive sites throughout Eastern Indonesia
• Possess excellent customer-facing abilities & crew management skills
• Likable, friendly, and possess 5-star customer service skills
• Great underwater videography and photography skills
• Basic technical knowledge of liveaboard engine rooms

We Offer:

• One-year contract, subject to renewal upon successful completion
• KITAS/IMTA (right to stay and work permit for 1 year)
