Cruise Director

La Galigo is one of Indonesia's most popular liveaboards, offering luxury diving experiences at a medium-budget rate. Since 2015, we have been exploring world-class diving locations such as Raja Ampat and Komodo National Park. With three cabin classes to choose from, Deluxe, Master, or The Suite, we provide super comfortable accommodations onboard. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cruise Director at La Galigo Liveaboard located in Raja Ampat and Komodo. The Cruise Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities onboard, acting as an entertainer and liaison for guests, and ensuring excellent hospitality for our guests. The Cruise Director will work closely with the liveaboard crew and captain to create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesian
2. Dive professional Open Water Instructor or higher PADI
3. Extensive knowledge of Dive Sites throughout Eastern Indonesia
4. Possess great customer-facing ability & crew management skills
5. Be likable, friendly, and possess 5-star customer service skills
6. Great Underwater Videography and Photography skills
7. Basic technical knowledge of Liveaboard Engine Rooms

We Offer:

1. One-year contract, subject to renewal upon successful completion
