As the Boarding Agent, you are responsible for executing operations in Indonesian ports.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for vessels arriving into port.
• Handle all matters relating to the callings of ships and cargo work in Indonesia, such as declarations to various government agencies for port clearance, cargo documentation, and invoicing.
• Coordinate and control the vessel operations with Noatum Maritime Hub and with the local sub-agents in Indonesian ports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of operational experience in the relevant shipping industry.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with people of all levels.
• Able to work under intense pressure.
