Yacht Sales Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a highly ambitious and skilled Yacht Sales Executive to join our team. As a representative of our esteemed yacht brands, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent leading yacht brands in the region, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure;
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and match them with the most suitable yachts;
  • Coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations;
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility;
  • Stay informed about market trends, new models, and competitor activity;
  • Attend boat shows, client events, and other industry gatherings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, shipyard or dealership environments;
  • Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
  • Bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license (or a hand-on crew experience) is a plus;
  • Based in the EU or UAE with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
