Job Title: Yacht Project Coordinator

The position of yacht project coordinator plays a key role in the success of our superyacht projects. As a dedicated professional, you will oversee the refit and new build process, ensuring seamless communication between owners, shipyards, designers, contractors, and classification societies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the owner's representative for new build or refit projects, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure effective project management.
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual specifications, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the project forward, manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Regularly report to clients on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control assessments.
  • Manage changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within the yachting or maritime sector (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of superyacht construction, engineering systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingsness to travel internationally as required.
