Yacht Operations Agent

As Acquera Yachting continues to expand, we are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Yacht Operations Agent for our office in Genova , Italy.

Role:

As a Yacht Operations Agent, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of yacht operations, smooth operations and satisfaction for both crew and guests. This role involves managing clearance activities to ensure compliance with maritime regulations, logistics, scheduling maintenance and repairs, handling guest services and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for captains and crew members
• Ensuring a smooth yacht operations process by fully understanding clients' needs
• Planning and selling bespoke events and services that meet clients' specific preferences
• Utilizing promotional techniques and materials effectively
• Overseeing the logistical aspects of yacht operations, including provisioning and crew services
• Collaborating with local service providers to secure necessary resources
• Maintaining relationships with local suppliers to guarantee the highest quality of services and products

Requirements:

• 1+ years yachting experience, ideally in a maritime agency
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  
• Good knowledge of the region and surroundings, and of the relative artistic-cultural events;
  
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Driver's license
• Strong time flexibility
