About this Opportunity
We are looking for an individual to join our dynamic team as a Yacht Food and Beverage Sales Support Specialist. This role involves interacting with international chefs and chief stewardesses, managing client relationships, and providing critical support to the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Manage client relationships, including interactions, price communication, and satisfaction follow-up
- Manage relationships with internal company stakeholders
- Follow up on purchase orders, enter them into the system, and ensure correct coding
- Organize product transportation to clients in collaboration with internal shipping partners
