POSITIONSUMMARY
Serve foodcourses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according totype of event and service standards. Answer questions on menuselections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questionsthe length of wait recook orders and product availability.Communicate additional meal requirements allergies dietary needsand special requests to the kitchen. Record transaction in MICROSsystem at time of order. Check in with guests to ensuresatisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Maintaincleanliness of work areas china glass etc. throughout the day.Complete closing duties including restocking items turning offlights etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest andprocesspayment.
Followall company and safety and security policies and procedures; reportaccidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager; andcomplete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information and protect companyassets. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Move over sloping uneven or slippery surfacesas well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overheadand below the knees including bending twisting pulling andstooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Education:High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
