Tour Expert - Cruise Ships
Location: Onboard international cruise ships (global destinations)
Contract: Fixed-term (5 months ±1), full-time. Contract length: 4-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote shore excursions
- Coordinate and support guests during onshore activities
- Ensure safety, satisfaction, and smooth logistics
- Provide translations and assist with guest needs
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in EU (EU-passport holders) – The company does not provide visa
- Experience in sales or tourism
- Fluent in English, Italian, and either German or French
- Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to live and work onboard throughout the contract
