Description: To manage production resources in an efficient, effective and safe manner to produce high quality projects in compliance with the prevailing quality standards whilst meeting schedule requirements. Coordination of the work carried out by supplier installation companies contracted. Acting as an Ambassador for PJ Yachts, operating with integrity and drive appropriate to the Company’s values, to promote PJ as a market leader.Responsibilities/ Tasks :Responsible for the coordination of the boat construction phases process, from the estimate to the testCoordination of the construction work of the boat, responding to it in terms of quality, time and costsActivities of support or the solution of technical problems but, above all, to lead the organization of the works on board, optimizing the use of the personnel in chargeEvaluation of the types of work to be carried out on the boat and carries out the detailed programming, scheduling the activities, organizing its collaborators and checking the progressCoordination of the work carried out by supplying firmsKnowledge and application of time planning and control techniques as well as evaluation of the quality level of the work doneDesired skills and experience: Production processes experience within naval sectorTeam coordination and management techniquesWell-organised attitude and with strong leadershipGood knowledge in the field of on-board plant engineering and naval mechanics, as well as luxury furniture of super yachtsAble to read drawings and understanding the time impact on the production activitiesExcellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for othersExcellent knowledge of Super Yacht quality standards on all the main disciplines:- machinery installation- electrical and piping systems- interior- paintRequired skills: At least 5 years of experience within the super yacht production fieldGood English & Italian verbal & written communication skillsTo apply please send your Resume and Cover Letter to: with the subject line “SUPER YACHT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Super Sport 48mt)” .
