Position Overview

We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for Pastry Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef positions. If you possess the necessary skills and a passion for culinary adventure, we invite you to explore the enriching opportunities available with us.

Requirements:

1. Minimum three years formal culinary training which may consist of an accredited school or recognized apprenticeship
2. Minimum three- to four years’ experience of which at least two years working as a Sous Chef (including apprenticeship) experience in a high volume kitchen environment
3. Ability to take ownership and lead culinary team within assigned area of responsibility
4. Demonstrate natural initiative to undertake or continue a task or activity without regular supervision
5. Demonstrated leadership and ability to successfully manage multi-functional and diverse areas
6. Able to work under pressure of tight timeframes, deadlines and dollar goals
7. Must be proficient in all stations in the kitchen
8. Demonstrated proficiency in safe food handling, HACCP / USPH
9. Ability to follow standardized recipes and proficiency in recipe conversion
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
11. Good time management and organizational skills
12. Basic computer knowledge
