We are seeking a talented, positive, and highly professional Chef to join a busy 37m private and charter yacht with an excellent program and supportive team environment.

Owner Preferences

  • Owner enjoys healthy, balanced cuisine with a strong focus on fresh Mediterranean ingredients.
  • Passion for Greek cuisine is highly desirable.
  • Vegetarian-focused cooking experience is essential, as the Owner does not eat meat.
  • High-level pasta preparation skills are a must, as the Owner is a true pasta enthusiast.

Madam's Preferences

  • Enjoys a wide variety of international cuisines and flavors.
  • Appreciates excellent meat dishes and creative menu planning.
  • Strong pastry and dessert skills are highly valued, particularly classic Italian desserts such as tiramisu.

Crew Catering

  • Preparing healthy, nutritious, and varied meals for 7–8 crew members.
  • Ability to accommodate dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Strong focus on crew welfare and maintaining high standards in daily crew meals.
  • Owner Usage: Approximately 45 days this summer
  • Guest Capacity: Typically 6–8 guests
  • 2 charters currently confirmed, with additional charter inquiries pending
  • International crew onboard with a strong Italian influence

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a yacht Chef in both private and charter operations in similar size yachts
  • Excellent galley organization, cleanliness, and provisioning skills.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP procedures, food safety, and food preservation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, food costs, and provisioning efficiently.
  • Creative, flexible, and capable of delivering high-quality cuisine under pressure.
