Up to 6‐10 guests, 8 crew
San Remo based, Mediterranean cruising
This position will suit a dynamic chef that can take direction and is easy‐going. The owners have a strong preference for fish and seafood, with meat requested on occasion. Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, everything freshly sourced.
