If you dream of working in a multicultural environment while offering unforgettable experiences to guests, this is the opportunity for you.What You’ll Do Onboard As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the entire retail area of the ship, coordinating operational, sales, and visual merchandising activities. Your main responsibilities will include:Achieving and exceeding sales and service targets;Creating a memorable and engaging shopping experience for guests;Managing and motivating a multicultural team of sales associates, specialists, and supervisors;Optimizing display spaces and product organization;Coordinating merchandise loading/unloading and maintaining cleanliness in retail areas;Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports and voyage feedback;Actively collaborating with onboard and shore-based management.RequirementsProven experience in retail (preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors);Team management and leadership skills;Customer-focused mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong organizational skills;Training in sales techniques and visual merchandising;Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems;Fluent English (B2 level) and a second European language (Italian, French, German, or Spanish – B2 level);Availability to live and work onboard for the full contract duration (5 months);Possession of STCW certificate is highly preferable. If not, willingness to obtain STCW certificate prior embarkation (in-person course in the passport-holder's country) is required.
