Shipboard Pastry Lead — Production & Mentorship

Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced CDP Pastry to lead the pastry galley aboard our ship. You will oversee production, quality, and presentation of all pastry and dessert offerings, directing the team and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include forecasting production, minimizing waste, maintaining USPH compliance, and coaching pastry cooks. You will work in a multicultural environment, uphold company standards, and support the Executive Sous Chef Pastry Bakery.
