Shipboard Pastry Chef: Lead & Elevate Desserts

Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations aboard one of its luxury ships. You will manage daily production under strict health standards, craft showpieces for buffets, and ensure guest satisfaction with cost-conscious execution.

Reporting to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will oversee a confectioner and assistant pastry chefs, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on board.
