Education and Experience Requirements
- Completed medical education and hold a medical degree from a recognized college or university.
- Hold a current valid medical license.
- Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred but not required.
- Comfortable with giving presentations / speaking in front of large groups.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Summary
The Medi-Spa Physician administers cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. They must possess the clinical knowledge to administer these procedures safely and effectively and be able to explain all aspects of the products and services to the guests. They should have excellent communication skills and provide aesthetic medical solutions that address guest concerns. They will work with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant, who assists with sales, marketing, and translation if necessary. The Physician should also cross-promote spa services and review all treatment plans organized by the Sales Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be punctual and prepared for appointments.
- Provide professional medi-spa treatments per protocols.
- Conduct patient follow-up as needed.
- Support scheduling flexibility for guests and spa needs.
- Care for equipment and manage supplies to control costs.
- Follow pricing policies.
- Complete and store medical records appropriately.
- Cross-promote spa services.
- Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Clean and restock treatment rooms.
- Manage inventory of medical products and supplies.
- Report incidents involving staff or guests.
- Handle guest questions professionally.
- Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Attend training and staff meetings.
- Assist in spa operations as needed.
- Train new staff in medi-spa services and promotions.
- Follow operational policies.
- Send daily reports and inventory updates at the end of each cruise.
General Guidelines
- Review guest consultation information prior to treatments.
- Ensure all guests complete consent forms and medical records.
- Review aftercare instructions with guests and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain cleanliness and prepare treatment areas for next guests.
End of Day Checklist
- Dispose of needles and bio-hazard waste properly.
- Sterilize treatment areas.
- Complete inventory and lock storage areas.
- Send daily revenue reports.
Service Booking Policy
Work as a team to provide a stress-free, professional environment. Book only services for which qualified, and follow policies for service requests and staff duties.
Guidelines for Protection and Sanitization (GPS)
- Follow safety protocols, including PPE use, disinfection, and hygiene policies.
- Arrive early and adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
