Silversea Cruises seeks a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller to govern sanitation, hygiene and public health compliance across all shipboard food and beverage production and service areas. You will lead Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, ensuring operations meet regulatory, corporate and operational standards.
You will oversee daily operations, partner with the Executive Chef to manage costs, and lead training for crew on CAWG, USPH, HACCP and safety procedures. Shipboard experience is required.
