Senior Pastry Chef – Showpieces, Menu & Shipboard Ops

Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and technically excellent pastry and bakery preparation on board luxury ships. The role operates under strict Public Health standards and company policies, managing daily production to maximize cost-efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The position reports to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, with direct reports including confectioners and assistant pastry chefs.
