The Manpower group, in collaboration with Fincantieri Nextech SpA, is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER CRUISE to be included in the Genoa office.

Job Responsibilities:

The Project Management Area is responsible for managing the development of the Cruise project from the offer phase to delivery. This involves cross-functional collaboration with other Business Functions such as Engineering to ensure the best possible economic outcome while maintaining strong technical value and accountability regarding compliance with requirements.

  • Verify the completeness and clarity of contractual documentation;
  • Manage client relationships to ensure full satisfaction, providing information on project status, issues, corrective actions, and negotiating any changes to the supply;
  • Plan the temporal development of project activities;
  • Manage and coordinate project activities according to programs, budget, and company procedures;
  • Identify project risk types and assess their magnitude;
  • Monitor project progress, implementing all necessary actions to achieve economic results;
  • Update project cost estimates;
  • Manage financial aspects, including timely invoicing, payment verification, and requests for the return of expired guarantees;
  • Perform Design Reviews;
  • In agreement with Company Managers, establish project closure, estimating potential allocations for warranty costs.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronic or Management Engineering;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in structured contexts;
  • Preferable previous experience in a technical environment;
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Project;
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Strong self-management skills, proactivity in identifying and solving problems, ability to work under pressure; flexibility and adaptability.

  • The candidate must be available for possible travel in Italy and abroad.
