Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced CDP Pastry to lead the pastry galley aboard our ships. You will supervise the pastry team, ensure quality and presentation of desserts, and manage production to meet daily menus.
You will forecast production, monitor waste, maintain USPH compliance, and coach junior cooks. A culinary school degree and shipboard or upscale hotel experience are required. This role requires strong leadership and communication in a multicultural crew environment.
