Position Overview

We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for Pastry Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef positions. If you possess the necessary skills and a passion for culinary adventure, we invite you to explore the enriching opportunities available with us.

Requirements:

1. Minimum five years experience in culinary management
2. Certified Pastry Chef or equivalent degree in culinary arts
3. Excellent technical and functional understanding of the ship-based food and beverage operation
4. Proven track record of delivering a high-quality product
5. Proficient in Food Safety and HACCP or USPH procedures
