In this role you drive onboard revenue planning by connecting analytics, forecasting, and business insight to support revenue growth. You’ll partner with the Onboard Revenue team to evolve planning methods, challenge models, and translate data into strategic actions. The environment is dynamic and fast-evolving, offering opportunities to shape processes and accelerate your growth. You will contribute to Costa’s onboard revenue transformation and help define how we plan, measure, and improve performance.

- Act as a business partner to the Onboard Revenue function, shaping planning methodologies and processes.
- Develop and challenge forecasts to improve revenue drivers and identify opportunities.
- Monitor performance, identify trends/risks, and surface untapped commercial opportunities.
- Deliver high-level analyses and presentations to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Leverage analytics tools and continuously improve forecasting models and methodologies.
Responsabilità
- 2–3 years of planning, forecasting, or analytical experience in data-driven settings
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar quantitative field
- Advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or Python preferred
- Strong business acumen with ability to link models to commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex correlations for diverse audiences
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
- Proactive, resilient, curious mindset with drive to challenge status quo
