Experteer Overview In this role you will shape onboard pricing and revenue strategy across Costa’s fleet, driving commercial transformation in the onboard experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, monitor performance, and optimize pricing models to maximize revenue and customer willingness to buy. You’ll innovate bundles and promotions by market and purchase moment, supporting the forecast process with analytics tools. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at the heart of our onboard revenue management initiatives, with a clear link to sustainability and collaboration across ship teams.

- Support implementation of analytics tools and the revenue forecast process
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Commercial, Sea-Land Experience, Finance, and Ship’s Teams to align strategies
Responsabilità
- Solid experience in pricing and revenue management within global companies
- Master in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or another quantitative field
- Data-driven with strong analytical and commercial judgment
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, quantitative tools, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and excellent cross-functional communication
- Resilience, openness and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Commitment to sustainability and continuous learning
