Onboard Guest Services Specialist — Italian Speaker

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Guest Services Officer to join our shipboard team in Italy. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong hospitality and guest service skills, and the ability to resolve issues with professionalism.

You will actively listen, assist guests, and coordinate with department heads to ensure exceptional service during your 5–6 month onboard assignment.
