Celebrity Cruises is looking for a Junior Guest Relations Officer to ensure exceptional guest interactions and seamlessly deliver premium service. The Officer will be the bridge between guests and Hotel and Marine Departments, responsible for anticipating and meeting every guest's needs.
This role requires outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, along with effective decision-making abilities. A background as a Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5-star hotel is preferred, while shipboard experience is a distinct advantage.
