What we’re looking for
As a Surveyor with Lloyds Register you will join our experienced team in Italy supporting clients across the marine industry. You will apply your technical expertise to deliver surveys and assessments that promote safety at sea and protect the environment. This is a client‑facing role where you’ll combine engineering knowledge with strong problem‑solving skills to deliver value and maintain the highest professional standards.

The role
Conduct surveys, assessments and provide technical advice within your area of expertise.
Produce deliverables to agreed time, budget and quality standards.
Present and discuss findings with internal and external clients proposing solutions where appropriate.
Ensure all work complies with LR procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.
Pursue continuous professional development and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations and technologies.
Support service delivery improvement by sharing client feedback and technical insights.
Provide guidance to colleagues where appropriate contributing to effective knowledge
