About the role As a Naval Architect & Marine Engineer , you will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering services across various marine projects, from concept design to delivery. You will collaborate closely with our team of naval architects and designers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Qualifications Master’s degree in Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture / Marine Technology Minimum 1 years of experience in basic ship design (power prediction, stability, structure, ship’s systems, etc.) Familiarity with Class regulations Experience with Auto CAD, Rhino 3 D Soft skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Preferred skills (a plus) Seakeeping analysis via MOSES FEM analysis via ANSYS CFD analysis via ANSYS Fluent Experience with Nav Cad, GHS, Python What We Offer Permanent contract Skill-based salary , with bonuses tied to pre-set targets Flexible working hours and partial remote work options Opportunities for professional growth in a fast-growing company Workplace in Trieste , with availability for travel We will only consider applications that meet the qualification requirements listed above.
