LTH-Baas is an international company with a long-standing background in shipbuilding and marine projects, delivering integrated solutions in piping, HVAC, electrical, and interior works.
We are currently looking for a Marine Engineer who is ready to support engineering activities and, if required, take responsibility on-site as a Project Manager during international project execution.
Your responsibilities:
Estimation of projects (newbuild & retrofit)
Technical support for piping and HVAC systems
Support to Project Managers in planning and coordination
On-site role as Project Manager during execution phase
Coordination with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Monitoring progress and preparation of technical documentation
Requirements:
Engineering degree or strong technical background
Experience in piping and/or HVAC (marine/offshore preferred)
Italian & English – professional level
Availability for international travel
CAD and project planning tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
