At least 3-5 years of experience working in the design, construction, or maintenance of marine structures
Experience in managing marine infrastructure projects, including marine construction methods, environmental considerations, and offshore engineering practices
Knowledge of designing marine structures such as jetties, docks, piers, sea walls, and breakwaters
Understanding the impact of tides, waves, and currents on marine structures, and ensuring designs account for these dynamic forces
Knowledge of seabed conditions, soil testing, and foundations, especially for offshore platforms and marine infrastructure
Familiarity with international and local maritime regulations, such as the International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards and local building codes for marine construction
