Within the New Build & Refit Division based in Viareggio, we are looking to strengthen our Design team with a talented and experienced Interior Designer, reporting to the Creative Director, specializing in high‑end 2D and 3D visual design, to support the development of bespoke yacht projects.

Key Missions

Concept & Interior Design Development

Contribute to the creation of refined and bespoke interior concepts, including space planning, layouts, and aesthetic direction, in line with the highest standards of luxury and client expectations.

2D Design & Material Presentation

Produce detailed 2D drawings, layouts, mood boards, and material boards, ensuring a coherent and sophisticated design narrative throughout the project.

3D Modelling & High‑End Visualization

Develop high‑quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings that bring design concepts to life, with particular attention to lighting, textures, and spatial experience.

Client Presentation & Commercial Support

Create impactful visual assets for client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, contributing to the successful positioning and sale of projects.

Design Coordination & Technical Alignment

Collaborate closely with naval architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility, technical compliance, and seamless integration within the overall project.

Profile

  • Previous interior design experience, preferably in the marine and/or luxury sectors.
  • Knowledge of design and rendering software (e.g. AutoCAD, Rhino, 3DS, Corona, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Ability to design and create 2D and 3D technical drawings.
  • Ability to create graphic mood boards with real samples.
  • Knowledge of materials specific to the nautical sector and regulatory constraints.
  • Knowledge of luxury brands.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian.
  • Flexibility in terms of working.

The interview will include a modelling exercise and a graphic mood board creation exercise.
