The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of decorative elements suited to the marine environment, as well as the ability to translate client needs into refined, coherent decorative solutions. Proficiency in visual presentation tools, including SketchUp and rendering software, is also essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate interior decoration concepts for custom and semi-custom yachts or residential projects;
- Select and match high-quality, marine-suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings;
- Curate soft goods, decorative textiles, tableware, accessories, art pieces, and ambient scents;
- Produce visual mood boards and presentations to communicate the creative direction to clients, shipyards, and design teams;
- Supervise and organize onboard styling and final setup during delivery phase;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in yacht interiors or luxury hospitality styling (minimum 3+ years);
- Deep understanding of decorative elements suited to the marine environment;
- Ability to translate client needs into refined, coherent decorative solutions;
- Fluent in English, required. Additional languages such as Italian, highly considered;
- Proficient in visual presentation tools, including SketchUp and rendering software;
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and proficient in Keynote/PowerPoint for client-ready presentations;
