We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Luxury Yacht Concierge.
- Responsibilities include responding to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and yachting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- To act as a direct point of contact for clients and suppliers, managing client relationships, including interactions, price communication, and satisfaction follow-up.
- To manage relationships with internal company stakeholders, following up on purchase orders, entering them into the system, ensuring correct coding. Organizing product transportation to clients in collaboration with internal shipping partners.
