As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guest requests are met with professionalism and efficiency. This includes being knowledgeable about local activities, recommending services, and arranging bookings for restaurants, hotels, clubs, personal services, tours, and private events. Your attention to detail and ability to think outside the box will make a significant difference in delivering exceptional results.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate who has at least one year of experience in the role of Luxury Hotel Concierge or Front Desk operations. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a strong focus on English, Italian, and any other languages relevant to the Mediterranean region.
A successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, proficiency in Office Package, particularly Excel, is essential. We value teamwork, diversity of thought, and creativity, which enables talents to best express their skills.
