Luxury People & Culture Leader - Onboard Crew

Orient Express La Minerva is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead HR for onboard crew and operations teams in Rome. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, manage end-to-end HR strategy, lifecycle, workforce planning, and labour relations with a commitment to luxury standards and guest service excellence.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires senior HR experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and Fluent Italian and English.
