About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our onboard sales team as a Luxury Onboard Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our onboard products and services to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers on board to promote our products and services.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our onboard offerings and be able to articulate the value proposition to guests.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on board to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
