Lead Pastry CDP: Onboard Desserts & Team Leadership

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a seasoned Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the shipboard pastry galley, directing daily production, ensuring top quality and presentation of desserts, and maintaining strict adherence to USPH standards.

You will coach pastry cooks, forecast production, supervise buffet displays, and manage cost control while upholding company policies and delivering exceptional guest dining experiences aboard the vessel.
