Seeking a Lead Deckhand for a 42‑metre private and charter motor yacht. Seasonal position starting ASAP, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• AEC 1 & AEC 2 certificates required.
• Essential tender driving experience.
• Strong deck skills and good seamanship.
• Professional attitude with a positive, team‑focused mindset.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail on deck.
• Experience: 2 + years.
• Location: Yacht currently in Viareggio, Italy.
• Itinerary: Mediterranean.

Contract & Compensation

• Contract: Seasonal (possibility of becoming permanent).
• Salary: DOE.
