Lead CDP Baker – Cruise Ship Bakery & Team Leader

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced CDP Baker to manage bakery operations aboard a cruise ship. You will lead a diverse team, ensure high-quality bread production, and maintain strict health and safety standards in line with USPH and company policies.

The role requires culinary school training, strong leadership, and excellent customer service. You will oversee forecasting, cost control, and daily production recaps while ensuring timely, professional service to guests and crew.
