IT Product Manager – Onboard PMS (End-to-End Ownership)

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an IT Product Manager for the onboard Property Management System (PMS) in Genoa. You will own the PMS end-to-end, shaping its evolution to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency across our fleet.

You will bridge business and IT, work with vendors and distributed teams, and ensure rigorous testing and validation in a demanding, international environment. This role is open-term, full-time, with a hybrid work model.
