Job Description

GUEST CONCIERGE – GLOBAL RESERVATIONS

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Atlas Ocean Voyages is seeking a highly motivated, locally based, GUEST CONCIERGE – GLOBAL RESERVATIONS professional to join our team. As a Guest Concierge – Global Reservations, you will serve as a key liaison between our discerning guests, travel advisors, and the Atlas brand. You will ensure that every interaction reflects our core values: discovery, authenticity, and elevated service. Key Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class service to our guests and travel advisor partners via phone, and email, providing support for existing bookings, modifications, and detailed itinerary inquiries.
Serve as a subject matter expert for all Atlas itineraries, onboard experiences, and pre-/post-voyage offerings.
Address complex inquiries, escalations, or requests with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Assist with financial transactions including payments, refunds, booking adjustments, and promotions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Services, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in proactive outbound communication for special campaigns, pre-departure assistance, or guest retention efforts.
Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and promotions, and effectively communicate them to clients and partners.
Actively contributes to team goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
Safeguards guest privacy and handle all sensitive information in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

Requirements

This position is on-site based in our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel, cruise, or hospitality guest services/reservations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM and reservations platforms a plus.
Passion for travel, global cultures, and delivering elevated customer service.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexible working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
