• Lead the entire onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations, including revenue/service outlets, guest facing operations.
• As the Food Safety Team Leader, is overall accountable for Food Safety in all ship areas and in all aspects of food safety and quality of prepared food and beverage.
• Deliver on the brand standards and procedures.
• Hands on leader who will inspire, guide and mentor the onboard team.
• A minimum of 3-year experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager.
• Extensive experience with diverse Luxury/Premium hospitality.
• Finance and Administration experience.
• Previous experience in Start Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage.
• Previous experience onboard international cruise ships.
• Professional knowledge on food safety.
• Basic knowledge ISO 22000.
• Proficient in Computers. Knowledge of Microsoft programs to include but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Proficient in English. Any additional European language is considered an advantage (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French).
• Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
• Food Safety/HACCP certificate
