Fragrance Sales Specialist — Cruise Ship Onboard

Harding+ is seeking Fragrance Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You’ll spark conversations through scent, guide guests to personal fragrances, gifts or discoveries while at sea, selling in a boutique environment.

You’ll bring fragrance knowledge, energetic selling style and comfort working with guests from diverse backgrounds. This role includes training, promotional activity, events support, and opportunities to travel the world while earning.
