The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and animation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work well under pressure, think creatively, and adapt to new situations.
The role will involve leading group fitness classes, participating in mini-club activities, and assisting with various onboard events. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced international environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, have a positive attitude, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Additionally, you will need to have a basic understanding of languages, although language proficiency is not required.
