Food & Beverage Operations Manager

The Director of Food and Beverage oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of all onboard food and beverage services. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume culinary and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless customer experiences for both guests and crew.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. You will oversee the setup, personnel grooming, and product branding for all food and beverage outlets, maintaining consistency with company standards.
  2. You will be responsible for maintenance and repair activities within the department, resolving issues promptly and keeping senior management informed.
  3. You will oversee the entire food and beverage operations cycle, from ordering to storing, preparing, and delivering products. Additionally, you will manage inventory, storage, and equipment maintenance.
  4. You will ensure compliance with established food and beverage processes through regular audits and reviews.
  5. You will collaborate with corporate teams to implement effective performance management, guaranteeing fair evaluations for supervisors and managers.
  6. You will drive on-board food and beverage revenue growth, meeting targets while maximizing customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
