- You will be responsible for maintenance and repair activities within the department, resolving issues promptly and keeping senior management informed.
- You will oversee the entire food and beverage operations cycle, from ordering to storing, preparing, and delivering products. Additionally, you will manage inventory, storage, and equipment maintenance.
- You will ensure compliance with established food and beverage processes through regular audits and reviews.
- You will collaborate with corporate teams to implement effective performance management, guaranteeing fair evaluations for supervisors and managers.
- You will drive on-board food and beverage revenue growth, meeting targets while maximizing customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
