Yacht Sales Executive
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Yacht Sales Executive to represent a select portfolio of yacht brands on the Middle East market.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, comfortable handling high-value transactions, and passionate about the yachting lifestyle.
- Represent leading yacht brands in the region, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, shipyards, and key industry stakeholders;
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and match them with the most suitable yachts;
- Coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations;
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility;
- Stay informed about market trends, new models, and competitor activity;
- Attend boat shows, client events, and other industry gatherings as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, shipyard or dealership environments;
- Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry;
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Professional, self-motivated, and highly organized;
- Bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license (or a hand-on crew experience) is a plus.
