Doctor - CruiseProvide comprehensive medical care to Guests and Crew, including emergency, acute, preventive, and chronic care. Support outbreak prevention and illness reporting in compliance with international, national, and company regulations. Assist senior medical leadership with all shipboard health matters. Additional duties may be assigned as operational needs require.RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver emergency and general medical carePerform minor surgical procedures and fracture managementManage preventive medicine, chronic conditions, and outbreak controlReport medical cases to appropriate authoritiesQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONMedical Degree from a recognized institutionActive medical license in good standingMinimum 3 years acute care clinical experienceACLS experience; BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS required (valid for full contract)Specialty training in Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, or General SurgeryAdvanced English proficiencyPreferred experience: Anaesthesiology, ICU, Internal Medicine, PulmonologyATTRIBUTESGuest-focused, professional, and team-orientedAble to work 7 days/week and live in close quartersPHYSICAL & WORKING REQUIREMENTSPhysically able to stand, walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform emergency dutiesParticipate in drills and life-saving proceduresWork indoors/outdoors in varying temperaturesProper use of PPE and completion of safety trainingOther duties may be assigned per operational or maritime requirements
