Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands and platforms. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on expertise — someone who can turn insights into action, lead teams with purpose, and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
Implement and optimize attribution models, reporting systems, and analytics frameworks to evaluate digital performance and inform data-driven decisions.
Continuously test, refine, and scale audience targeting, creative messaging, and spend allocation to maximize marketing impact and ROI.
Manage and mentor digital marketing specialists while overseeing agency partners to ensure flawless execution and operational excellence.
Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment and alignment with strategic priorities.
Maintain and strengthen the company’s online presence, brand reputation, and engagement across all digital channels.
Track and analyze performance metrics, producing actionable insights and regular reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Act as the subject matter expert for outbound digital marketing, guiding strategy, innovation, and best practices across the growth organization.
Stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, and tools to ensure continuous innovation in digital strategy and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (search, display, social, email, programmatic, etc.).
Deep understanding of digital analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities
