Great opportunity for a Deckhand on a large 120m+ private motor yacht undergoing extensive refit, based in Italy.
Contract: 5:1 rotational, working hours 08:00 – 17:00, six days a week (depending on operational needs).
Shared cabin with a male crew member. Industry standard medical coverage.
Salary: 2800‑3000 Euros .
Itinerary: Mediterranean.
Qualifications required: STCW, ENG1, and Navigational Watch Rating certificate (ideal).
Yachting experience is valuable and suitable for those seeking a shore‑based role with proximity to Europe, allowing family and friends to visit.
Note: The vessel is currently completing an extensive yard period; this position is not suitable for candidates primarily seeking sea time at this stage.
The crew are active, enjoy paddle sports, marathons, excursions, and the vessel occasionally organizes social events.
