**Posizione**:
The Customer Cruise Representative oversees the transfer of passengers from the cruise terminal to their hop-on, hop-off tour of Rome. You will be our customers first point of contact upon arrival and final face upon departure; responsible for providing a safe and engaging journey to & from Civitavecchia.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Oversee the transfer of customers from the cruise terminal to the tour bus (and back) in line with operational procedure.
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and experiences to customers.
- Engage with and assist customers by sharing local knowledge about Rome including interesting and relevant information (e.g. the history, relevant attractions, food outlets, and shopping areas).
- Provide personalised recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle.
- Ensuring the safety of customers and colleagues by reporting any suspicious behaviour or activity.
**Requisiti**:
- Fluent in Italian, German & English.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
